Game Unfinished Component

I got most of what I wanted as I thought it might be more complicated than reality. I kind of got burnt out near the end though and it was hard to think of and make new improvements to the game.

Game Next Steps

I might try to make the enemies more advanced with their movements and make them stop when they reach the player. Also improve the strength of the enemies as you make it farther through the game.

MMU CS Overview

Mount Mansfield Union High School currently offers two Computer Science courses:

AP Computer Science Principles (CSP)
Computer Science Discoveries (CSD)

Deprecated and replaced by CSD in 2019:

Introduction to Computer Science and Principles (ICS+P)

Most years, the final four to six weeks of each of these courses is spent designing and building a game. Some students work independently while others work with a partner. In the Spring of 2020 and Fall of 2021, students did not have the time to build a game because of the covid pandemic lockdown. Their final projects for class were uploaded instead, and many of these projects are not games but are still very impressive.

Many of the games were created in Scirra's Construct 2 (Windows based) or Construct 3 (web based), although some utilized Scratch or Python or another programming language. Other students choose a project in robotics or with Arduino programming, but they did not create a stand-alone program that could be placed in this accumulation of programs.
