Game:      Peel The Orange

 

Design (what I set out to do):  

My project is call “PEEL THE ORANGE” and its a game where the orange (you) is trying to dodge the flying carrots and survive for as long as you can.

 

The design i remixed off a game with a similar idea i just modified it more to my liking, i set it with a farmish background and the dessert as the Game Over backdrop, what was difficult was the backdrop setting working with every single carrot that hit the orange, some did the switch some didn’t at all and that was a huge struggle to where it has become a bug or glitch. Other than that the design is straightforward and  easy to follow up on.

What Didn't Get Done:

Biggest Challenge:  

was finishing the game up, getting the orange to move around, getting the clock to work, and getting the carrots to fly around all over the place and to make the game actually playable was the challenging part. I did and still do have some bugs in there but overall i’m really happy with how addicting and fun my game can be even if it looks a little sloppy

What's Next:

If i had more time or came back to this game i would try and make it more like the game i played that i mentioned earlier, i would make it more difficult and more cleaner than my product, i would add maybe objects to catch or Co-op or something more than what i got and fix all the backdrop bugs and everything else that didn’t quiet work.
